This Privacy Policy explains how Nocentry collects, uses, stores and discloses personal data when you use our services.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Nocentry website, platform, APIs and related support interactions (collectively, the "Service"). It applies to personal data processed by Nocentry as a controller for account, billing, support and product operations.

Nocentry is the operator of this Service and the controller of personal data described in this Policy, unless a different role is explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

- Authentication data: password hash, session/authentication tokens and security state data.
- Billing and transaction data: subscription status, transaction records, currency, amount, provider reference, billing history.
- Monitoring configuration data: monitored addresses, service metadata, check settings, alert contacts, routing preferences, incident notification settings.
- Monitoring result and incident data: check results, response time metrics, status codes, incident logs, incident timelines, request/response evidence captured for troubleshooting.
- Technical and device data: IP address, browser and device information, service logs, request metadata and security telemetry.
- Support and communications data: email correspondence, issue context, attachments and records of support interactions.

- Directly from you or your organization (registration, configuration, support requests).
- Automatically from your use of the Service (application logs, cookies, telemetry).
- From integrated infrastructure and service providers needed to deliver the Service.
